A world of nightmares and all kinds of sinister thoughts that lurk in the shadows is conjured for the viewer in ‘Resurrektor’. Both Paul and Rose are connected by a tragedy, a person they both deeply loved, a wife and sister, has been missing for a couple of days now. Rose is convinced she has been killed, and in the face of this devastating realization, there is no door she will not knock at to bring her back.

The subsequent narrative brings to life demonic rituals, and the cost that they may involve in the form of a sacrifice, to rip at the very fabric of nature in an attempt to assuage the agony of loss. However, can an endeavor as far from the natural order as this usher in anything desirable?

Employing performances that evidence deep potential, the film attempts to explore all of these myriad elements, echoing emotional complexities by way of horror, while also roping in violence and shocking developments that keep the viewer hooked right until the final revelation at its conclusion.
