As a man moves from one aspect of his life to another, there is little comfort, success or anything positive or self-affirming to be found in any of them. His life comes to be plagued by failure in marriage, his professional life, and things come to a head further when he lands himself in an accident that changes the course of things in an irrevocable manner. The audience is introduced to all of these concerns both through the protagonist's own acceptance as well as the visuals that unfold on screen.

The film is only a single part of a larger sequence of events that involve the struggles of more characters to find a sense of belonging along with a wholesomeness to their existence. As the protagonist of this particular short film continues to move forward, in hope of some sort of comfort, the several aspects or decisions pertaining to his existence that have already gone awry, threaten to constantly pull him back. Amidst this constant spiralling away of his life, threatening to devolve into chaos any minute, is any form of respite available for him? The film raises the same question and perhaps would offer an answer as well in its subsequent parts.
