A man is determined to spend an afternoon developing his son’s bond with something very close to his heart - baseball. The little boy, however, has his own interests far from it. <br><br> The visual grammar, and the quietness of the frames that are occupied by only the two characters, paint the world of the film for the viewer. The story is endearing in the manner in which it presents a man’s desperate attempts to find a common ground with his young son. The child’s inability to associate any kind of significance to the act, on the other hand, adds another layer to the narrative.  <br><br>The exploration of this emotional tussle between the two forms the core motivations of the plot, along with being its most notable strength. Though the progression of events seems to lose some of its smoothness at times, the end result remains marked by competent visuals and an edit that flows with ease.
