The short film is an endeavor in invoking humor at the expense of the protagonist's plight, one smokers everywhere would sympathize with - the desperate attempts to find your favorite brand of cigarettes. 

<br><br>A young woman is on a date with a boy. However, instead of this being a moment marked by romance, and perhaps even the possibility of a sexual encounter, it is instead defined by her interest in her date's time machine. Before the latter can realize what is truly happening, the girl is on her way to a time when the hefty tax on her favorite cigarettes is yet to come into being in California, USA. 

<br><br> The tone of the final result remains marked by lightheartedness, even if it means one fateful misadventure after another for the protagonist. There is further the attempt to use animation to share the story. However, amidst the chaos and confusion that soon follows, what will be the fate of these desires to procure the right cigarettes, as well as the eventual outcome of the date?
