Trigger warning: Suicide

The intention of the narrative is well-meaning, drawing attention to a reality which is all too familiar for many of us - the unhealthy, oppressive demands of an all-consuming job. However, the protagonist, a young man stuck in the same circumstance, is further left battling mental health struggles which, in turn, have led him to believe that the only escape out of it is to put a final, lasting end to everything.

The film opens with this moment when the protagonist, at the end of his rope, heads to the roof of his office building, where he plans to take his life by jumping off it. However, something unexpected occurs right when he is contemplating taking the plunge. Another man joins him, one who is far older and thus, ahead in life in terms of struggles and responsibilities.

It is in the conversation that develops between the two men that the true ideas and thoughts of the film are presented to the viewer. The final result, though not without its rough edges, remains honest and straightforward throughout.
