The pandemic has brought along with it a disturbingly high rise in issues of the mental health. The physical isolation has resulted in an emotional distance that several of us have struggled with as more and more of us got confined indoors following the spread of the coronavirus. The short film uses the same concern as its premise and takes the viewer into the life of a woman living by herself.

As text messages continue to roll on the screen in an empty house where the spectre of a man follows her, the narrative introduces us to the loss and longing that has come to plague her life.

Through her story, the film wants to do its bit in raising awareness about the mental health crisis that afflicts society, more so in a world that battles a pandemic. It further wants to remind the audience that no matter how bleak things seem, they are not alone in their fight, and that help will always be available as long as they remember to ask for it.
